Skull Jeans Contest

just noticed what the date is today and took some more pictures. i really need to pay attention to the date more often! it has been 5 months now. these were washed for the first time earlier this month in warm water with dr. bronner's coveted goop, then tumble dried for about 20 minutes and worn dry. i've also started rotating them with a couple of other pairs of jeans since school started and i'm just the slightest bit self-conscious about wearing the same pair of jeans to school every single day.


(thread damage -- this is it. actually, a few threads on the inseam at the hem have come unraveled from stacking and the hem itself has taken a few hits but this is to be expected.)





colors in these pictures didn't come out accurately at all, but what can you do?! in person, they are still very deep/dark blue, and the contrast areas appear to be a very bright white in comparison. but it's close i suppose.

it might be that i gave them a light hot wash earlier this month, but the fading got faster.

picture looks a little weird since i was hunching over to take it, but here's how the jeans are fitting these days... still a bit too slim for my tastes, or maybe i'm just gaining weight.
